Breakfast or Lunch? Why Not Both — A Guide to Coffee Culture's All-Day Menu

Two dayparts, one café — here’s how to order like a regular no matter when you walk in.

There’s a certain kind of person who orders breakfast at 2pm without a hint of shame, and there’s another who’s already thinking about lunch before their coffee’s cooled down. At Coffee Culture, we don’t believe in picking a lane — but we do think it helps to know what each side of the menu does best.

Mornings: Built Around the Egg Sandwich

Breakfast at Coffee Culture starts simple and scales up from there. The Breakfast Sandwich — a toasted English muffin with egg and cheese — is the one people default to when they just want something warm and easy (260 Cals). Want more? The Power Up Breakfast Bagel loads egg, cheese, avocado, and tomato onto an Asiago bagel for a heavier start (630 Cals), while the Crispy Prosciutto Breakfast Sandwich brings a little more indulgence with crispy prosciutto, egg, and Provolone on a toasted English muffin (470 Cals). For the classic bagel-and-egg crowd, the Breakfast Bagel (440 Cals) and Asiago Breakfast Bagel (470 Cals, now with bacon) round out the lineup — and if you just want a bagel, the New York-Style Bagel comes plain, whole wheat, or everything, at a light 290 Cals.

Midday: Wraps, Sandwiches, and Salads That Actually Fill You Up

Once lunch hits, the menu shifts into something heartier. The wraps are where a lot of regulars land — the Veggie Perfecto packs avocado, romaine, arugula, cucumber, tomato, roasted red pepper, herb and garlic cream cheese, goat cheese, and sweet onion vinaigrette into a flour tortilla (490 Cals), while the Chicken Caesar Wrap (610 Cals) and Piri Piri Chicken Wrap (590 Cals) bring more protein and a little heat, courtesy of that jalapeno-lime aioli.

On the sandwich side, the Clubhouse is the classic — turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayo on multigrain (800 Cals) — while the Turkey Avocado (470 Cals) is the lighter move without giving up flavour. For something a little more café-style, the Chicken & Crispy Prosciutto Panini (510 Cals) and Prosciutto Pesto Panini (420 Cals) both come pressed on herb focaccia and lean into the Italian side of the menu.

The Lighter Route: Salads

If lunch means something a little lighter, the salads hold their own. The Berry Pecan Salad mixes arugula, romaine, strawberry, blueberry, goat cheese, and candied pecan with a sweet onion vinaigrette (400 Cals) for something sweet-savoury, while the Caesar Salad (450 Cals) sticks to the classic — romaine, bacon, croutons, and Parmesan. The Sweet Onion Basil Salad (340 Cals) and Culture Salad (370 Cals) both keep things fresh and simple — good options if you’re pairing a salad with a coffee rather than making it the whole meal.

So — Which Daypart Wins?

Honestly, that’s the wrong question. Breakfast at Coffee Culture is about starting the day warm and unhurried; lunch is about a menu that can flex from a light salad to a full panini depending on what the day’s asking of you. The real answer is: come for whichever one fits your morning, and don’t feel bad if you’re ordering a Breakfast Bagel at noon. We won’t judge.
